ARKE Management LLC · Arke/PREM Notifications
Arke/PREM Notifications sends text messages about the property you lease, own or service: maintenance and work-order updates, building notices, appointment and access coordination, replies to messages you send us, and account notices. We do not send marketing texts.
Texting is optional. It is never a condition of any lease, purchase or service — you can do business with ARKE Management or PREM Group whether or not you sign up below.
Signing up is two steps: submit the form below, then reply YES to the confirmation text we send to the number you enter. We only start sending Arke/PREM Notifications once your own phone confirms — this proves it's really your number, and this form alone never signs a number up on its own.
