We assign a professionally Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) to each property; charged with realizing the Board of Directors’ goals and objectives. Our proven internal policies, operating procedures and outreach programs ensure responsive management and well-maintained buildings.

Each Community Manager functions  in a supportive team environment and is well versed with the legal particulars of condominium ownership, has coordinated move-ins and improvements and embraces technology as an effective tool for promoting strong communication and sustainable building management practices.

At each managed community, PREM promotes well-informed ownership through scheduled meetings, periodic newsletters and a regularly updated website to ensure that residents’ concerns are addressed in a timely manner and that the Board of Directors’ confidence is manifested by our actions.
